First Bath

So Charlotte had her first bath today. She wasn't a big fan of most of it but when it came time to wash her hair she loved it!

Little Charlotte has finally joined us. It was a long tiring stay at the hospital but we are finally home and enjoying her. She was 8lbs 14oz and 21" long!!

Almost There

So Heidi is officially full term!!! Now we are just waiting for the big show.

We have the nursery done that Heidi decorated. It started off we weren't going to paint and ended up with me painting the whole room!! But it turned out nice so I can't complain.

Here is what Heidi has been doing to keep cool. We go to the pool everyday it is nice that it is right across the street. She just told me that it is too bad she can't float anymore. We thought she would float good with that belly but turns out she sinks like a rock!!!

Catalina

So this last weekend I sailed to Catalina with Doug and Ryan on a friends sail boat. It was a really cool experience and of course, as with all activities involving Doug and Ken, it was an adventure. Those two would go all day then be back up at like 6 ready for more.

This is us leaving the harbor for the first time. We got some rope stuck in the prop and had to go back in for the night till we could cut it off.

We finally got underway. It was really cool when we got sailing without any motor noise or anything else. It was just the sound of the ocean and us.

We got the geo-chache crew at the height of their glory!!

We left them alone for 5 minutes and they come back with all kinds of snacks!!

Me, Doug, and Ryan on our golf cart tour of the island. I saw my life flash before my eyes a few times on this tour. The best thing was the guy wouldn't let me drive
the golf cart because I wasn't 25!!

On the way home we spotted what we think is a gray whale. It was huge. You can't really tell from the picture but it was easily as long as the boat!!

Go Padres

Well we made it to at least one Padres game so far. We usually try to go to at least one even if they are not doing that great!!

So Heidi went out to her parents the other day and left our dog and car alone with her dad for a little bit and these two pictures are the result. Our car ended up with a giant kayak on top and our dog ended up getting into kayaking!!
