This weekend we went to Jared's home town for the funeral of his Grandma, who had been sick for some time. Funerals are never fun, but we made the best out of the trip. Jared and I have been married for almost 4yrs and I had never been to his home town. After being there for a few days, I understand why he wasn't in a big hurry to take me there. It is in the middle of nowhere and looks like a ghost town. Dude! You'd have to see it to believe it. However, though it is the desert, the land was very beautiful and it was neat to hear all the stories, memories, and see the Lunt Dairy and Farm. Also, it was really fun to meet and become acquainted with some of Jared's extended Family. It was a nice trip!

After a long day at church the pig tails were destine to fall out.
Yesterday it was Charlotte's half birthday. I just want to tell everyone some of the things that she has been into lately. For one, as shown in the picture, every time I go to change her diaper she has to suck on her toes. It's really funny because her toes wiggle while they are in her mouth, like she doesn't know she is controlling them. She loves to dance to Beyonce, especially the song " All the single ladies." She can sit on her own for long periods of time, but cannot be left alone yet. She loves GirlFriend (our dog). Every time GirlFriend comes around she smiles. She is starting to laugh more and more, especially when GF is running around. Her most recent trick is waving bye-bye. I don't think she knows what she is doing. She is just a copy cat. Anyways, I can't believe how fast it has gone. Time flies when your havin' fun.

Baby's first Christmas was really fun. All she wanted to do was eat the wrapping paper and wear the bows in her hair. We hope everyone had a merry Christmas.
